Deceased Radio Button listed next to Family & Friends on Vitals Page and at the top of the Family & Friends Page (instead of having to click additional Information) Merged

When adding family & friends on the f&f page, you have to select additional information to see the radio button for deceased. On the Vitals page you cannot mark someone as deceased (except for parents)

Funeral homes (Eichholtz, Inc. would like to see the radio button on both vitals and F&F (at the top)
