it would be nice to have the ability to set reminders on an line item in the Goods & Services page. If a service is a month away, then we might not want to order the flowers or casket, or whatever the item may be so far in advance. Or if we do order items in advance, we can set a reminder to follow up on the order if we haven't seen a confirmation etc. We also contract out for our printed materials (folders, prayer cards etc.), so being able to set a reminder to order or follow up directly from the line item on the contract would help when we get distracted on a call or a walk-in. This would be helpful as well if we have someone who assists us with those items (our directors meet the family, but an assistant might be the one to order a casket etc.)
