Total Balance Due along with Current Invoice Should be Visible in Payment

Not every family understands or wants to use the Planning Center. However, they enjoy the option of making a payment via Credit Card. If we forward the link from the Payment Center to a family via email, the balance due does not appear. Nor does the current invoice. Why is that? It is almost as if we took a family to the grocery store, selected their items, took them to the register and asked them to pay for whatever is in the cart without letting them see what they selected or the total balance due.


This is confusing and has, on more than one occasion, caused me to loose money on a transaction.
