Remove the branch name from the location name on "Last Location" column

Funeral Homes would like for the full branch name to be removed from the location column for decedent tracking dashboards. This being in front of the actual location name from the app, takes up way too much room and is unnecessary especially for funeral homes that only have one branch. See attached.
