Allowing Information that is mapped into a form be changed in eSignatures

It was requested that information from a case that is pulled into a form by mapping be allowed to edit or remove when drawing up the document up in eSignatures. Sometimes names are pulled in on certain signature lines b/c the form is mapped for a certain way (like NOK, for example). The document actually needs to go to another family member that is not marked NOK. The mapping hardcodes the NOK family member in that field and they cannot send the document due to not being able to edit that name. In the attached image, you can see the name of the mother is pulled into the first signature space, but they are wanting to send this form only to the father. They would like to be able to edit this info. As it works now, the Funeral Director would need to pull the form up in Word and make edits, then upload the document in eSignatures. He decided that since he will need to pull the document up to edit anyway, that he will just use DocuSign instead of eSignatures.
