Right now, any document generated uses the name you have put in "John Harry
Anderson." But if he always went by Harry Anderson then the contract, front
door sign, flower cards, etc, will automatically generate his full name,
which wouldn't be preferred. Also, our funeral home runs a report every
fall to create our list for families for our Service of Remembrance. We
would prefer for it to list the names by "preferred name" if we have input
one. Maybe there could be a check box next to the preferred name spot to
tell it to override the legal name for certain documents/reports?
