I noticed you can add an event for more than one appointment in an at need case, but I would like to see the same option for preneed appointments. Sometimes families require more than one preneed appointment especially if they are undecided about prepayment or their initial meeting with us is informational and they want to come back to firm up plans and/or prepay.
