eSignature audit trail in the same pdf as signed document

Minnesota requires that all documents be kept in printed form for 3 years, even if the original document is electronic. To be compliant, we need to include the audit trail in the printed document. This document needs to show that it is page __ of __ and have some sort of document ID or document name to show that the electronically signed document and the audit trail are for the same record.

Can a download option be created that includes the electronically signed document, the audit trail, the page number and total number of pages, and the document title or document id? This is the way that HelloSign, DropBox Sign and DocuSign work when downloading a pdf of the digitally signed document.
