Pending Event date should not auto-populate a date

When the pending event date box is checked, it would be great if the date and time were blank by default. This is used a lot when families know what type of service they want but do not know what day is going to work with family/venue, this is also used a lot with PN cases. It is time consuming and annoying to backspace 4 fields when the date is unknown.
