Change DC Signed by to Medical Certificate Signed By

In Canada, what we call a Death Certificate they call a Medical Certificate of Death. Please change the wording on the Vitals page to reflect that. Under the Death heading there is a box that says Death Certificate signed by, please change this to say Medical Certificate signed by for our Canadian firms.
