Change default sort for eSignatures Complete Dashboard tab

Currently the COMPLETE tab on eSignatures dashboard sorts by Status and if you change to sort by a different column, it reverts back to status.

This does not work since the status on all of these documents is "Complete" sorting by date would make much more sense
