Add Case Type of Inquiry or Price Shopper Merged

It would be helpful to have a Case Type of Inquiry or Price Shopper so that whatever information we have could be accessible to everyone. Notes, contact information and the price information quoted would then be available. These callers could be imminent, at need or just planning in advance and shopping around.
