Bring over the Vital Statistics information from DIGicon into Passare

Currently DIGicon can capture the Vital Statistics information on the Preneed contract. This can be done on the Vital Statistics page, Thoughtful Decisions Guide, Personal Information Guide, and Memorial Guide.

Since Passare has similar fields on their vital statistics, it would be great if the information would come over automatically on those fields.
