Change default Reminder on Services to no reminder

Services default to having a 5-minute reminder. This is not very helpful since Funeral Directors often need reminders long before 5 minutes or not at all. It would be helpful if this was defaulted to NO REMINDER and then if the funeral home wants to have it, they can set it for a time that makes sense for them.

alternatively, the option to customize this default reminder time by branch, service and/or director would also be helpful.
