Within the navigation bar of a case, I would like the ability to rename the 'Custom Fields' tab, to something related to what I use the fields for.
Our product team has determined that this idea doesn't fit within the scope of where we're headed with the Passare platform at this time. Thanks for the idea, and keep 'em coming!
