Add 'Service Date' Columns to Family & Friends User Reports

IDEA SUMMARY

I would like to create Family & Friends User Reports that include the 'Service Date - First' column, along with all other service dates available in the other report types.

FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS

For 'Family & Friends' User Reports, add the following fields under the General Case Information > Basic Case section, in alpha-ascending order:

  • Service Date - First

  • Service Date - Fourth

  • Service Date - Second

  • Service Date - Third

  • Attach files
