Ability to see who is logged in from your organization and then live chat for instant messaging with team members

This would allow for somewhat direct communication between members of the same organization when a response is needed quickly.  Ideally, it would have some sort of mobile component/capability for when staff is working in the field.

    This is a fantastic idea, however we just can't see where it fits on our roadmap over the next couple of years. Keep the ideas coming!

    I agree, and believe this is a wonderful idea....

    I cannot count how many times this would be useful.... for example, a director meeting with a family asks a office assistant to make some calls, the assistant could instant message the director with the final outcome.
