Reminder Notifications

It would be useful if the text and email notifications were consistent and show 1. Case #/Name tagged, 2. Title of Reminder, and 3. Notes on the Reminder.

Right now a text notification gives time due, case # and name, and the notes of the reminder and email notifications give time due, title of reminder, and notes, doesn't give the case # and name tagged.
