Allow for Formatting in Organization Messages

Need to be able to format Organization Messages. Currently, if I create a message in bullet point format, or with spacing I feel is appropriate to serve as a quick reference organization message for staff, the formatting is disregarded once I publish the message. The text displays as one long string of sentences instead. This severely limits the functionality and effectiveness of the org messages feature.
