Show Pending Payments in Payments Tab

Currently in the Payments tab of the PC, if there are payments pending, such as a Preneed payment, those are not reflected in the balance. I understand why, but in many cases, those "pending" funds are in fact, guaranteed, but can't be shown as such.

This is confusing to the family, because we are not expecting them to pay the full amount due, but rather the balance AFTER the pending payments are deducted.

Every time we tell them they can pay in the PC, if pending payments are posted in Passare, they ALWAYS call and say, "Why does it show my balance is $######?" We have to respond with, ''Well Mrs. Jones, that balance doesn't reflect the preneed payment. You only need to pay $###."

Can you possibly show an "Adjusted Balance", which reflects any pending payments?

Maybe you could show an "Actual Balance" and an "Adjusted Balance" for pending payments?

You already do this on the "Basic Invoice". I don't understand why it isn't handled the same way in other places.
