As more funeral homes are utilizing the Planning center both remotely and during arrangements, it has come up that it would be very helpful for families to be able to sign documents while at the funeral home instead of the FD sending the signature through the planning center. That would keep everything digitized and streamlined.
We also would appreciate this, and would allow for the effort to be completed in the moment (and all taken care of at the arrangement), and for those family/relatives who might be less tech savy, the funeral home staff could be there to assist them in the moment. My understanding of this was that families could scan a QR code for that individual's signing effort, so that there is ability to track the signature's "device/identity."
