I typicaly have to change my imminent cases (HOSPICE) to at-need because families are not able to see the CHECKLISTS in the planning center. This is VITAL for families that want to start everything. Please add the abiltity to see the checklists not only in Imminent Need, but also Preneed. Thank you.
Hello, we tested this out and you should be able to see Imminent-need checklists in Planning Center as long as those checklists have the viewing setting of "should appear in Planning Center". Test it out and let us know if that's still not working!
