When developing the Passare App, I had a thought that when inputting families contact information, primarily their phone numbers I would assume that in the app you could tap the phone number and your phone give the option to dial. My idea is could you be presented the option before the cell phone dialed; you could make the funeral home's main line number show as the caller ID much in the same way ASD answering service has the ability to do this? Also, if the family has an email that the sender would show as the funeral home email vs. a director's personal email address that may be associated with the phone for personal use.
