Custom Fields: Add type to include Family and Friends

On many of the edit dialog screens (e.g., Family member edit), for the lower fields, like Phone and Email, the dialog box does not auto-adjust for the phone's on-screen keyboard. Therefore, the cursor is hidden under the keyboard and you can't see what you're typing.

This is on Android. I cannot say if the same is true on iOS.
