Currently if a call comes in to a funeral home from ASD, they can only see this in Passare web. If the funeral home goes out on a removal and wants to start the tracking process, they have to create a new case and they cannot use the case that ASD creates because they cannot see the pending review tab in the app. There needs to be some way that they can review/create cases from ASD on the Mobile App. This came from McDougal Funeral Home.
