Our funeral home staff is relatively newer to Passare (within) the last couple of months, but we did have a previous funeral home management software provider, prior. In the mobile app, you're able to view some statistical details and have message/correspondence availability with the family for a particular case, but we're wondering if it would be possible at some point in the near future to allow the Files and Photos section from the Planning Center to also be viewable and accessible (for download or upload) of photos and files via the mobile app.
This would allow for that much more independence with use of a mobile device such as a phone. For example, funeral home staff would have the availability to view document signature and initial completions, view submitted forms or photos, and be able to confirm that everything has been submitted as needed (or allow the funeral home staff to see something else is indeed needed), all from the app.
Having the Files and Photos section available on the app could also allow the funeral home staff to upload photos and files, right from their mobile device and not to have go to a computer to complete the file transmission effort.
