Ampersand and disposition information not syncing with Frazer

I was speaking with Bradshaw at Bradshaw FH, and he noticed that when he uses an ampersand in the obituary, it won't sync to their website. Instead, it brings over coding.

Additionally, it appears as though the information on the disposition page isn't something that syncs over to Frazer Tribute.

Is it possible for both of these to sync? It would be very beneficial to the funeral homes.
