PDF Forms Default Value Field Property Function

Adobe allows prepared form fields to have a "Default Value designated in the Properties of the field. Ideally, it would be very helpful to be able to use this "Default Value" through Passare forms that may not always populate information.

Currently, if I create a PDF field that has a "Default Value" set in the document (ex: "Uknown"), and map it in Passare (ex: Time of Death), the default value does not populate after downloading the form from a case, even if there is no info for the Passare field to overwrite the Default Value.

I believe this happens because the Time of Death field in the case is technically blank, because when I haven't mapped the field in Passare, the Default Value does show after downloading through Passare. Applying that logic, I would think it's possible to have fields with no info populated as such, giving priority to the set Default Value of the form.

The application for this idea is that any field with a default value may be designated on the form instead of relying on any given Passare mapping to have a default population option when nothing is entered in the case.
