I recognize that this is an American company, but formatting dates 03/07/24 doesn't work universally in other countries - it could be interpreted as March 7 or July 3, depending on who is submitting the information. This has a high likelihood of causing errors, miscommunication between families and directors, issues on registration paperwork, etc. If expanding beyond the USA this company will want to address these accessibillity issues.
Additionally, it would be beneficial to add the option for date formatting choice that would allow users to choose the way the date is displayed.
A FH has reached out to Passare Support with an interest in changing the DOD and DOB on the dashboard to read mm/dd/yyyy instead of yyyy/mm/dd
