Allow Standard Form Selection Per Organization In Global Forms

A major limitation with Global Forms is if one organization wants a form to be added to/removed from Standard Forms. In order to make this change, we have to remove them from the Global Form and move this document to their Local Templates instead. This means that org is no longer able to automatically have the latest version of the Global Form when it is updated for everyone else.

With the number of Global Forms constantly growing and larger organizations, like Vertin, requiring multiple forms available in Global, this is increasingly becoming more of a frustration for our customers. Especially if they service multiple states/counties but only want the state they are located in to be listed in Standard.

This could be solved by adding a Yes/No selection under the "Current Organizations Associated with this Form" area - similar to the columns in Local Templates for "custom" and "signature field" - that applied to each organization individually. This would allow the organization to remain on the Global Form and receive consistent updates, while having the flexibility for their organization on what is listed in their Standard Forms.
