Include Option to Pull Simplified Case Notes in Reports

Customers pulling the Internal Notes (and/or other page Notes) from the cases on a Report would prefer a simplified version of the output that excludes the date/time and author notations.

This is particularly useful for customers who have used the Notes in cases when bringing over data transfer info and the Passare Import process automatically inputs the info into Notes. When they pull these columns in a User Report, they only want the content of the note and not the descriptive notations.
