Add the Ability to Pin Menu to Any Side of the Screen

I spoke to a customer today, she said she would like to see the ability to pin the menu to any side of the screen added to Passare. The menu takes up a lot of space at the top of the screen. In addition, when the menu is unpinned, you are no longer able to see any case information. It would be useful to still be able to see the Case Identifier and Decedent Name.
