Another field for deceased interest/hobbies

I am wanting to know if there is anywhere that we can type deceased interest and things we already know about the deceased that will automatically pull over into the obituary, instead of waiting until the family is onsite and we are rushing to get the obituary completed. We have alot of pre-arrangements and would be nice to have a field to enter all the information prior to meeting with the family that would pull over to the obituary.
