Edit cash advance description after a case is signed

Once a case is signed the line items are set in stone. It would be extremely helpful if cash advance descriptions were editable after signing a case (not the cost portion). Sometimes we think we have the name spelled correctly for an honorarium name and later find out it's wrong, then we are needing to delete the cash advance (typically a check is already associated), re add the line item and resign the case. Sometimes it's simply one letter that is missing or wrong. That's a whole lot of hassle that could be prevented if the description was editable.
