Add a "Next" button next to "Save" in the price lists to go to next item on the price list

Currently, when updating prices, "save" saves the changes and defaults to the top of the price list page, requiring one to have to scroll down to the next item to be saved. A "next" button would save that time.

It would be convenient to be able to click on each individual person linked to another rolodex entry. When there are four pastors linked to one church, we have to back out from the screen and look up each individual person. If we could double click on each person linked, it would definitely simplify the process.
