Create custom groupings for note tagging

Funeral homes would like to create custom groupings of users to tag in notes when it doesnt need to be just one role or all users. For example, when someone needs to tag all FDs and office staff but not the removal team!

Add comments on notes to notes output in reporting

Currently if you pull notes in a report, the notes do not include comments made on the note. Could we add the comments and who made them with the dates on all notes columns in user reporting?

Tell where comment/note originated from

We used to be able to see what area the comment came from. If someone puts a comment in the checklist (i.e. death certificate), the comment is in the notes, but we have no idea what that note is pertaining to. We have to go check all the checklist...

I could be wrong, but I believe that before the May 3 notes update, when you viewed the notes page it would list all case notes but also where they originated from within the case, this was helpful because notes didn't require as much detail to be...
