Add a history for an emailed receipt

It would be great if you could see when/if a payment receipt had been emailed to the family. This would help to ensure they did receive an email and prevent any potential disputes from families claiming they did not receive one.

E-Transfer Option

Please add an option for E-Transfer for Canadian funeral homes. E-Transfer is a bank-to-bank transfer in Canada that is a very frequent payment method. The payment details would be the same as for an ACH.
