Currently Best Friends Pet Services (A French Funerals Company) has the ability in SRS to enter one lump sum payment, and select multiple cases to apply the payment to. For example I get $1000 check from a veterinarian clinic and I need to apply it to 5 separate pet cases. Their system will allow you to select the vet clinic, it pulls up all cases for that clinic in a specific date range, and you check a box to apply a portion of the $1000 to each checked case. It applies the full amount of the balance on the case. Leaving the cases at $0 balance. I am attaching screen shots from SRS to help. Currently in Passare adding each payment case by case or even in batch payments, is too tedious when they are doing 50+ pets a day.
