It would be helpful that when a note is entered into an case that the Note section in the toolbar be highlighted to notify us that something has been entered there. Especially if its a pre arrangement and the person passes years later.

Phone Number/Fax pulling over when Hospice/Hospital are entered

When on the Vitals page, it would be helpful if the Hospice/Hospital phone and fax would pull over without having to select a dr first. Sometimes the FH won't know who the dr is until after the attestation is signed.

When entering a case under the quick add to please add the option to add the middle name or initial...not a requirement! This is especially helpful when adding multiple clients both pre-need and at-need.
