When entering a case under the quick add to please add the option to add the middle name or initial...not a requirement! This is especially helpful when adding multiple clients both pre-need and at-need.

Allow funeral homes to change the default payment type

Currently, when adding a payment it defaults to "cash" as the payment type. This is the least used payment type for a lot of funeral homes so they would like the ability to default it to card or check since those are used more often

Ability to capture the bank name when adding a check payment

E-Transfer Option

Please add an option for E-Transfer for Canadian funeral homes. E-Transfer is a bank-to-bank transfer in Canada that is a very frequent payment method. The payment details would be the same as for an ACH.

Add Suffix and Title Options on Case Summary
