Add Suffix and Title Options on Case Summary

It would be helpful to be able to see the suffix for the Family & Friends on the Case Summary page, or at least have the option to toggle that information on/off for the display of each F&F name.

Add "Domestic Partner" as a Relationship

Please add "Domestic Partner" as a relationship when entering a family and friend. This is not the same as Common Law or Common Law Spouse. This idea is already planned, please add Domestic Partner as well.
