There needs to be a spot for "NA" on the parents. The death certificate system has one also. Not everyone knows their parents name. Leslie Buehler is an example on D22-011.
It would be a lot easier to add the line item addition date to the goods and services pages rather than having to pull the reports just to simply find a date.
Customer would like to be able to default a disposition per branch like we can for case type per branch. Her example was that the crematory and pet branch disposition will always be cremation (for them).

Currently if you have a Secondary Arranger defined, they don't receive any notifications for anything, unless tagged. Can you please consider including the Secondary arranger for notifications, namely PC notiications?
