Whether the family or the funeral homes uploads an obituary photo, it would be nice to see this file in the case files section. Currently it can only be found on the obituary page

There is no information on how to upload pictures on the collaboration center. We tell families then can upload pictures on the site and there are no directions to do that. Makes me look like an idiot.
