Adding the ability, within Admin > Care Center, to add additional categories with subsequent dropdowns, rather than typing out the additional Fluids underneath "other", especially if there are multiple being added/used in the FH process.

When entering an embalming report, one of the information boxes requests "Time Between Death and Treatment." I then have to go scrolling through vitals to locate time of death when it would be more efficient if it was also on the embalming tab.
Ability to capture the bank name when adding a check payment
