How about different colors in the System Calendar, depending on the event or different color depending on the funeral home branch, like the common Outlook or Google calendar allows you to do. Helps them stand out better for company preferences. Admin could select preferences

I would also love to see the past dates greyed out (not just the number - the whole day) so I can easily focus on the current day and days ahead.
On "Arrangement Meeting" appointments exported to an Outlook calendar include the name of the deceased.
