Show end times on calendar events Merged

We would like the end time to show on events on the System Calendar. Especially for Calling Hours, we need end times to show on events on the calendar. We need an option to show end time or not show, or just have it there for everything.

    Not only end times but having the opportunity for an event starting on one date and carrying over to another date so we do not have to enter a two day event (on call status or seminars) each day.
