Could we have "Owner" info columns available for reporting on Pet Cases? Currently the only options in User Reports are Pet Business and Primary Purchaser.
"Owner" info is available in User Reports under "Rows show results for" drop-down Family & Friends selection. But ALL of the Pet Owner info should also be available under the Cases selection from that drop-down - it is input on the Basic Info page within the case, as you can see in the screenshot above (Owner Info.png).
Also, reportable Cremation information (i.e., Cremation Date and Time) should not pull solely from the Care Center in reporting columns as this information is also captured on the Disposition page. And specifically for Pet Case types, there is no Care Center section of the case available.
