Users who use the Survey Report Configuration are requesting a way to have the Total Contract column exclude both Cash Advances and Sales Tax. Currently, under the Value drop-down, you can select Total Sales Price to exclude Tax, but there is no way to also exclude Cash Advances at all.
This same value is a column available in the Invoices setup for User Reports (i.e., Contract Total Less Tax and Cash Advance Items). However, all of the details (i.e., Item categories) are not available to recreate the Survey report as a User Report. This leaves users with their only option being to manually adjust out the Cash Advances amount in a new column in Excel every time they run the report.
