Users would like the option to customize which fields show initially when adding in new Family & Friends. For example: moving the "Spouse" field out of "Additional Information" to the primary view, so that this is easily edited.
Some users find important information is difficult to find & add into acquaintances because it is beneath the "Additional Information" link.

Another customer suggested moving the additional name fields and birth info for family & friends below the spouse and address since it is used rarely.
I don't even know if it has to be customizable, I think everyone would agree that adding both the address and the "spouse" field to the primary view would be helpful. You could just do that.
And being able to add the spouse name without adding them to the list of acquaintances would be nice. Like I might just know the daughter Beth's husband's name is John. I'd like to just put "John" in her spouse's spot.
While you're at it, can the friends and family page have a drop down of the contact information similar to what's on the case summary page?
Yes! & also allow us to easily type the spouse in rather than having to go through drop down menus first!
