It would be very beneficial for us to have tracking on the desktop version, since we don't always have our phones available, particularly when families are picking up urns at our front office.

I am moving 22 urns this morning before 10:00. That includes scanning, bagging, sorting, and packing them into crates for delivery to multiple locations. It is not practical to scan all of those manually—searching and entering movement details on the phone without a QR code is unbelievably slow. Truly, shockingly slow.
I agree with the original post and want to add that scanning a CODE on a PHONE OR TABLET in front of a family member sends a terrible message. It makes it feel like we’ve reduced their loved one to a number.
Please prioritize this. Illinois just passed a law regarding tracking bodies, and we really need to be able to track bodies from the desktop. ASAP. Last month would have been good.
